Legal assistance for travel cancellations

I bought a trip to Greece through VAKANTIEVILINGEN. The booking is further completed via Prettig Reizen. The rules for ANVR apply> I want to CANCEL. According to ANVR travel conditions, I would lose 15% of the booking costs. According to Prettig Reizen, I lost 100% of the booking costs, BECAUSE I booked VIA vakantieveen. My booking overview shows that the ANVR conditions apply. There is no mention that...because I booked through vakantieveeten.... different rules apply. WHAT NOW ?????
