Legal assistance with internships and assessments

I am in my fourth year of training, in October 2014 I was given the decision that my internship in the school year 2013/2014 was not sufficiently assessed. I had to wait until February for a new internship and during the introductory interview I was told that I was not allowed to do an internship there. The training then decided that I was not allowed to do an internship for the time being. I submitted this case to the examination board and their decision was that I can do an internship in September. Now I want to reclaim the board member of this school year. Do I have a chance?
