Help with child support and care allowance

According to a calculation of child support by the LBIO, my share in my child is 120 euros, the care discount is 210 euros, which means that 0 euros are charged to me (and not -90 euros). I have read that a reduction in the care discount may not lead to the costs of a child no longer being covered. If your healthcare discount is higher than your share, you can deduct less than the ex-partner who does have a share that is significantly higher than the healthcare discount. Is there anything that can be done about this?
