Cancelling a home exchange? Need legal advice!

I exchanged my home through home exchange. And signed a rental contract on 01-07-2015 and the same applies to the exchange candidate, she also signed the contract on 01-07-2015. Now she wants to terminate the contract and cancel the home exchange without reason. Is it legally possible to cancel within a certain period after signing the contract? Please answer.

This is not called cancelling. You have entered into and signed an agreement and the cancellation of that agreement can only be done on certain grounds and then it must also be the case that there is a good and well-founded reason to cancel.
