Car insurance after rejection? Get free advice!

Last week I tried to take out car insurance with a well-known insurer, but when I applied it was rejected because the license plate (the car) had been uninsured in my name for a long time. What should I do to still be able to insure my car? ps: I only received the documents for the license plate from RDW at the end of August/beginning of September due to a misunderstanding.

I advise you to file a complaint with an explanation of the delay and request that the car be covered. If that does not help, you can file a complaint with KiFiD. Furthermore, for practical reasons, I advise you to try to take out insurance elsewhere in the meantime.
