With the permission of ARAG, we were able to engage an external lawyer because ARAG had made a major mistake at the time. (opinion submitted too late) We have now received a letter from ARAG stating that we are waiving the claim on ARAG. We must sign this letter otherwise our lawyer will no longer be paid. Are we now being blackmailed by ARAG?Lawyer
