Dear, Please advise. I own a home, an apartment with a homeowners' association. now we are having problems with moisture in our windows (double glazing). I hear and read that the exterior of the flat/apartment is the responsibility of the VvE, does this also include replacing windows? Yours sincerely.

The applicable division regulation probably states that the window frames with glass are common, so that the costs of replacing the glass are borne by the VvE. The VvE must give permission for the replacement of the glass, so you must first ask the director/manager of the VvE to have the moisture problem in the double glazing of the windows repaired.
