Recording Specific Contact Arrangements

In our parenting plan we agreed on a contact arrangement with the agreement that I could also have them for a weekend. However, there is no fixed term or date attached to this. He no longer wants to meet this. Can I have this specifically recorded again and what is the procedure then?
