I have a garage that borders the neighbours' property. In my garage I have frames with frosted glass in them, the windows cannot be opened, except for a few skylights. Can I replace my frames with turn/tilt windows with transparent glass in them? Is a permit application required?Lawyer
It is not permitted to have a window within 2 metres of the neighbours' property line. If there are any, they must be opaque and may not be able to open. If you do, the neighbours can object and are then very much in their right.Take the next step
