Dear Sir/Madam I have been accused of bullying. The reason is that I make fun of someone with a horse but I have never used her name and never threatened her am I doing something punishable or can the school punish me etc. what can I do about it I would like to hear from you soon kind regards anonymousLawyer
Bullying is never okay. Bullying and ridiculing someone can even lead to a report of slander/defamation. Harming someone in name is punishable. However, it must be clearly and demonstrably demonstrated that this is the case. If you actually bully, they may punish you for it.Questioner
