Good morning, I myself am Dutch, married to a Brazilian, together with her I have a 9 month old son, born in Brazil. At the moment we are in the Netherlands and our son has a Brazilian passport. Was your son born during the marriage? In that case, he has Dutch nationality and a Dutch passport can be requested for him. There are a number of municipalities where this is possible.
