The employment conditions are then leading. You and your employer have agreed that wages are due when there are up to four hours between shifts. Your employer requires you to be present earlier. This is then considered working time. This means that the working time is extended to four hours and fifteen minutes. The period between the shifts is then also three hours and forty-five minutes. This means that you can claim the hours in between for this shift as working hours. You are also entitled to a meal allowance. I would be happy to draft a letter for you so that you can claim the hours in this case.
