I work as a cleaner or general cleaning and maintenance employee for an advertising mounting company. there is no collective labor agreement in my contract, i work with 5 colleagues who all do the same work, cleaning. there are 3 male colleagues who do different work. do i fall under a collective labor agreement, cleaning collective labor agreement has been declared generally binding
