Legal Advice About Buying Via Marktplaats

Someone has given approval via email for a purchase via MP. She has clearly indicated that she seriously wants to buy the article. I have explicitly asked the question. Now that she would come and pick it up, she cancels. Is that allowed and possible? I know that bids on MP are not binding, but in the email she clearly confirms.
