VvE Meeting: Authorization for Speakers

Can someone give a proxy to a BV son for a VVE meeting while she is also present and can have her say? If so, does it need to be submitted before the start of the meeting?

YES it is possible to authorize someone else to speak during a VvE Meeting. This authorization must clearly state which meeting, which persons it concerns, signature etc. This must then be submitted at the meeting.
