View salary scale? Discover your rights!

Do I have the right to inspect my salary scale? I work for a temporary employment agency on the basis of hirer remuneration. All contractors are entitled to annual remuneration, now I do not receive this because according to the temporary employment agency I am at the maximum salary within the scale, but they do not want to give me insight into the scale. So now I should believe them on their 'blue eyes', but I know that colleagues in the same position have also been given this as an argument as to why they are not getting a raise, but I also know that they have a different salary. What are my rights in this regard?

You certainly have the right to know which pay scale you are in. However, I cannot give you an answer as to whether something is correct or not. This depends on what has been agreed between you and the employment agency and the employment agency and the hirer and on the collective labor agreement that is used.
