Legal assistance with car purchase problems

Questioner

I bought a car from a private individual a week ago with minor damage to the front, now the car also appears to have damage to the side. We both signed a buyer-seller contract on which the visible damage is stated. The seller did not discuss the damage that has now been found. Is there anything I can do now?

It is also important to know whether you have viewed the car before the purchase, and whether everything was purchased remotely. The damage should have been reported to you at all times, if it is known, which is reasonable to assume, if it is so visible. However, you also have the obligation to conduct your own investigation before you proceed with the purchase. In order to really provide clarity, I would have to delve into the matter in order to also indicate which steps can now be taken. But I think that it is possible to terminate the agreement.
