Establishment of a BV, Dissolution or Amendment?

Today I signed the deed of incorporation of a BV with a holding at the notary. Now I realize that certain things should not be in it. Is it possible that I dissolve that incorporation or something like that or change it? I want to remove the company that is included in the deed due to breach of contract.

The establishment cannot be dissolved. The BV can be dissolved/cancelled (via a shareholders' resolution taken for this purpose). I do wonder what you would like to achieve with this.
