Engine replacement costs? Discover your rights!

I bought a car in January 2009 for approx. 40,000,--. In June 2012, at a mileage of 43,209, a new engine was installed (free of charge, extended warranty). Now in May 2016, at a mileage of 90,450, the same problems occur with the engine and according to the garage it must be replaced again, but then at my expense (approx. € 7,000,-- to € 8,000,--). The car has had all the services at the dealer garage as prescribed. Now this car does not meet my expectations as in 7.5 years the engine should be replaced twice with a mileage of less than 100,000 km. Can I do something about it so that the garage pays the costs or partly pays for the replacement of the engine.Lawyer
You can expect the engine to last for a number of years without any problems. You do not need to doubt this. If the garage installs a new engine and it causes problems, you can put the garage in default in writing and demand free repair or replacement of the engine. The point is that the problems in the engine have arisen that also existed before. A letter from a lawyer often produces better and faster results. If you wish, I can write a letter for you.
