can a curator/trustee leave someone without a living allowance? This has been the case for almost 2 months. This person doesn't know what to do anymore.

In principle this is not allowed. But it is the administrator's duty to release money to release fixed costs and weekly allowance. However, I cannot determine whether something is going well here or not without having delved into the matter. If the administrator does not do his job properly, he can be held liable.
