Mortgage and Divorce: Stay Home?

I took out a mortgage 9 years ago, so the mortgage is in my name. A few years later I got married (in community of property), in the meantime we are getting divorced again. (Not a contested divorce) The mortgage is still in my name, has always been paid on time and has not been extended or transferred in the meantime. There is no equity, my wife is renouncing everything and we have no children. My question is: Can I continue to live in the house?

In principle, based on your story, it seems to me that there is no problem with you continuing to live here, and you will have to work this out together with your ex-partner. Income is also a factor in whether you could continue to live here. These are things that only you can determine yourself, possibly with an advisor and/or lawyer who knows all the details.
