Legal Assistance for Domain Name Disputes

In order to sell articles of a certain brand, I created a domain with the brand in question. Now I am summoned to transfer the website because, among other things, I have no legitimate interest in the domain name and am using it in bad faith. The website has the logo of the brand and my own company name in the header. My full company details are also included in the contact information. Can the brand successfully enforce the transfer via an arbitration procedure at SIDN and are there any costs involved for me?
