Legal Advice for Personal Injury after a Ski Accident

Good morning, 3 years ago I had a skiing accident. After 3 years I still have complaints and am 80 to 100% disabled. In the meantime I have also been fired. Now I wonder if I can get compensation through my travel insurance? There are no third parties involved from whom I can recover anything.
