Becoming a member of a union? FNV or CNV?

I work in the travel industry (travel agency) and want to join a union. Now I hesitate between the FNV and CNV. I do not have a Christian background. I want to join a union that offers the most decisiveness and can provide assistance quickly. Can you perhaps give me some advice? Thank you in advance!

Although your question actually falls outside the scope of this website, I would still like to answer it. The CNV is more of a calm discussion. The FNV also discusses, but is prepared to take action and/or strike if necessary. When you google you will also see many more actions/activities of the FNV. In addition, the FNV is (much) larger. In (collective labor agreement) negotiations, they usually take the lead. Finally, but I am not entirely objective about this, they employ better negotiators.
