Legal Advice in the event of Redundancy

I have been declared redundant as of 12/01/2016 After 36 years of employment. Now I was told today that I will be postponed from work from 01/10 and I can focus on applying for jobs and/or retraining until 1/12. Can this be done?

Your employer may withdraw the agreement with you. In case of redundancy you may be entitled to a severance payment according to the subdistrict court formula or transition payment.
