Legal assistance with property transfer

We will receive the keys to a new build house next week, the contractor wants to open the house to interested parties before the keys are handed over so that they can promote the houses that are not yet sold. We do not want this because then everyone will be touching our kitchen and bathroom cabinets etc. Can we demand that our house is not used as an open house?

If the deed of transfer has already been passed at the notary, the house is your property. The contractor may (actually must) only enter the house to carry out the work that he must carry out on the basis of the construction contract, this does not include use as a 'model house'.
