My question is... I have to pay alimony to my ex again... my ex moved in with someone about a year ago... and now lives alone again... that's why I started working 1 day less a week... I can't get this day of work back from my boss... what can I do to have the amount of the new alimony reviewed/calculated again?Lawyer
Dear, Do you mean spousal or child support? In principle, the right to spousal support expires if the person entitled to support starts living together. In other words: your ex-partner is no longer entitled to spousal support because she has lived together. This may be different if you have agreed otherwise in the covenant.Take the next step
