Costs of a First Aid course: employer or employee?

Who is responsible for the costs of a first aid course? Employer or employee

Thanks for the responses. The course is mandatory from the perspective of the function. But what about the course hours? It concerns a so-called 0-hour contract. In the hours that the course is now being followed, normal work would have been done. Now there is no income.
