Dentist Liability: Get Advice

Questioner

Last week a good friend from Poland went to the dentist because he was in pain. He had a course of antibiotics but it didn't help. Went back to the dentist and told him that a tooth needed to be pulled. No pictures were taken of the teeth. Finally the dentist pulled 4 teeth because it looked very inflamed. Unstitched cotton wool in it and done. Strange but true. A few days later the pain increased and we went to another dentist. This dentist took pictures and held his head. The first dentist had pulled the teeth so hard that the entire jaw was damaged/ The second dentist cleaned and sutured everything. Can I sue the first dentist or recover all my costs from him?

Of course, this possibility exists. The dentist's careless actions are not acceptable and can be held liable for them. This is also a violation of the code of conduct that dentists must follow.
