My dog ​​is lying on a lawn with a tennis ball between his front paws. Another dog comes running and runs a few laps around him. On the last lap, our dog nips while the other dog runs past him. In the process, one of our dog's canines hits his flank, resulting in a large gash that requires multiple stitches. Both dogs are not on a leash, this is permitted by APV. The dog's owner expects us to pay the vet's fees. Are we obligated to do so?
