Cleaning work clothes: employer or employee?

Who is responsible for cleaning mandatory work clothing, is it the employer or the employee?

There is nothing in the legislation about this and the employer and employee(s) organisations can make their own agreements about this. If these agreements do not exist, then you can derive arguments from how things are done within the company or sector. I would like to argue that the more special the clothing is (in terms of safety or aesthetics) and the higher the requirements of the employer, it is more obvious that the employer is involved in cleaning/repairing. In my opinion, the employee may be expected to do a normal wash/ironing.
