Adjusting working hours: What are your rights?
Questioner
Does an employer have the right to adjust an employee's working hours? I have had the same working hours for 9 years and after integration to another department I see today that my hours have been changed from next week without any consultation or explanation.Lawyer
In principle, your employer may change working hours. The integration or another function may give rise to this. If these reasons do not exist, it may still be permitted on the basis of the collective labor agreement, company regulations or employment contract. You can approach the employer informally about these times.Take the next step
