According to my employer (retail), I am not covered by a collective labor agreement. How can I check whether my employer is affiliated with an employers' organization, and which one? And do I fall under a generally binding collective labor agreement for an industry? Is it possible that the company I work for is covered by a (generally binding) collective labor agreement, but I am not because of my position within this company?
