Ir/Madam, I recently placed an order at Zalando. Now I have not received the package, but post NL indicates that it has been delivered to one of my housemates. My housemates indicate that they have not received anything. Now zalando says that they can do nothing for me and that I should file a report. But if it's right, it doesn't work like that, right? With the 'law on distance selling' Zalando is responsible that I can personally receive my package. And are they obliged to send the shipment again or to return my money? Yours sincerely, D.
