Question about company doctor and medical certificate?

Question: The company doctor cannot give an opinion about a specific limitation and therefore requests a medical certificate from the treating physician. Should the limitation be taken into account in the meantime? Or can one say that the limitation does not have to be taken into account until the declaration is received and the company doctor can give his opinion. Thank you for your answer.

For the time being, the restriction must be taken into account until there is a decision. If you do not agree with the decision of the company doctor, you can request a second opinion from the UWV.
