Rules for multiple kitchens in one home

Is there a law/regulation that determines how many bathrooms and kitchens a home may have? And whether you are allowed to close off parts of your home? My home is considered an apartment by the municipality because I have multiple facilities in my home.

I also want to rent. And for that I have built 3 kitchens and 3 washrooms. I would rent per room or multiple rooms. Is it not legally permitted to have multiple kitchens in a home, and/or multiple washing facilities? For example, Jewish families often have a second kitchen in the house. And a second bathroom is also quite normal I think. Is the problem that I have 3, 1 for each floor?

I understand that you have (partly) actually split your home into three independent residential units. There is a good chance that the zoning plan prohibits this, or at least stipulates that before you split, you must apply for and obtain the required permits before you proceed with the split.
