Assistance with legal questions about parking spaces

Ir/Madam, For 2 years I have been living in an apartment complex which has a parking garage for which I have to pay more than 85 euros per month. I can actually park for free in front of the door so I don't need that parking space I don't even have a car. The problem is that I have a benefit and the cost of the parking space is very high. Now I find out that my neighbor on the right side does not pay for this parking space, nor does my neighbor on the left, who also does not have to pay because she has an arrangement with the municipality. I'm a bit pissed off about this situation and I was wondering if I could do something about it, I did sign an agreement for the parking space when I moved here. Yours sincerely,

Then you will have to look at the agreement. You may be able to terminate the rental of the parking space or perhaps there is a possibility to appeal to unequal treatment or it may be that you were misinformed when you went to rent the apartment. You do have to take into account that 'an agreement is an agreement' and you did sign at the start of the rental. Without more information I cannot advise you better.
