Association law; What to do if the board of an association does not adhere to the articles of association (incorrect interpretation of the annual meeting according to BW. 2.) and hides behind the fact that the AGM has always accepted that decisions that belong at the annual meeting are taken at the autumn meeting. Can I have such a decision annulled? And if so, where can I find a lawyer specialized in association law who is willing to take on this case for a reasonable fee?
