Help with leaks and VvE problems

The storage has been leaking for several years, something has been done about this in the past which were always temporary solutions. Now since December active again to get this fixed. Finally a company came last week who should have fixed it but after the first rain shower it is flooded again. It has been running for so long now and the VVE management is doing the minimum. Storage is unusable due to the water level and all the moisture, it simply becomes moldy Can I stop the storage service costs? this concerns a home for sale and a fairly large VVE

You would be wise not to stop the service costs of the storage, but to put the VvE in default to have the defect repaired professionally as soon as possible, failing which you will have this done elsewhere at their expense. If the defect of the storage occurs repeatedly, you could reduce or suspend the service costs as a last resort.

The leak is probably caused by a defect in the common parts (facade, foundation) of the building, for which the VvE is liable. The VvE is obliged to remedy such a defect if you request it to do so. You must therefore send the VvE a written request/summons in which you request/summon it to repair the defect within a reasonable period. Any consequential damage can be recovered from the VvE.
