Legal assistance with web shop complaints

Questioner

I bought 2 products from an online store. Each product states that 6 free condoms are included, so 12 in total. This is also clearly stated on the invoice. I have now received the package, there were only 6 condoms. I have now contacted the seller and he says that they never send condoms and that with a next order I will get extra condoms on top of the free 6 per product. I have said that I do not agree with that, but that I would still like to have the other 6 condoms. The seller does not want to deliver them. My question: am I entitled to these 6 condoms and how do I prove that only 6 were sent? I would like to hear from you as soon as possible.

Strictly speaking, you can demand compliance with the agreement through the court. You can also return the order, provided that this is still possible in time, and request a refund.
