Liability of sports facilities - Legal advice centre

Questioner

I have suffered damage as a result of using a sports facility of company A, while I work at company B next door. Company A provides this facility free of charge to its own employees and to employees of company B. I have not signed any agreement or anything like that for this. It happened when using a new device that I am not familiar with, but which apparently is available in several gyms. My question is whether there is a basis for liability here. I don't think so myself. But I wonder how it is because I don't have an agreement with the sports facility. Do they have any obligation to supervise me and how I exercise?
