I am going to sell my house but I wanted to extend the notary date. Is that possible?

I understand that a deed of sale has already been concluded and you want to change the date on which the deed of transfer must be passed at the notary. This date has been agreed with the buyer and is also stated in the purchase agreement and can therefore only be changed with the buyer's consent.
