I have been at home for 2.5 months because my employer wants to get rid of me. A settlement agreement was eventually reached. This does not include an exemption from work, despite the fact that I have hired a legal advisor. I was supposed to leave the company on December 31st with a severance payment. Now I received an email today that I either have to take vacation hours or that I have to come to work. They now expect me to work in a completely different region and travel no less than 85 kilometers.
