I have a question. My employer has scheduled me for too few hours and now wants me to make up the hours. This means that they gave me a lot of evening shifts in a year and an evening shift is a shift of 7 hours instead of 8 hours. And this added together is 33 hours. Is this my responsibility or that of my employer?
