Hello, I have a commercial property, I have lived there for 22 years because the municipality did not want to grant a permit for a residential property. I have been paying the WOZ value for the residential property for 6 years, it is written in it, now the municipality is going to enforce it, do I have a chance to continue living there?

In general, I can only tell you that a municipality has a principle obligation to take enforcement action and that this may only be waived in very exceptional situations.
