I have been divorced since the end of 2009. I have received an additional assessment from the tax authorities for the period 2006 to 2010. The additional assessment largely relates to the period of marriage. At the time, we wrongly deducted an annual premium from a capital insurance policy. Can I still recover part of it from my ex, since she also benefited from this?Lawyer
