my son slipped on his scooter this morning on the school yard. the school yard is very slippery from the algae on the stones. there is minor damage to the scooter but the iPhone and iPad both have cracked screens (whose iPhone screen was replaced two weeks ago for €159.00) I would like to know if the school is liable for this.
