Wage freeze and your rights

Hello, I have a question about wage freeze. my salary is frozen in a certain salary group salary scale F 5 can a company freeze the collective labor agreement increases and put you back to salary scale D 6 a few years later because these are then proportional, so no collective labor agreement increases for 5 years

The employer is obliged to pay the salary as agreed in the employment contract and as determined in the collective labour agreement. Freezing the salary is therefore not possible. I advise you to request/summon your employer in writing to comply with his obligations.

This situation occurred a few years ago. Can I still request that it be reversed and the outstanding salary be paid out?
