Course allowance in the Collective Labor Agreement for Small Metal: your rights

I work in the collective labor agreement for small metal and work 36 hours a week. Now we get a course on Saturday and get no compensation for this. No money but also no time for time. Saturday is not a working day for us. Is the employer allowed to do this?

If the collective labor agreement does not specify anything about this, the employer must compensate for the course time if this is made mandatory. Additional compensation in money or time for time is customary here. If the course is made mandatory by virtue of your function or is seen as further training, compensation is appropriate.
