Buying a chalet on a recreation park: What to do?

Questioner

I intend to buy a chalet on a recreation park. I can stay here all year round and it will be my only place to live in the Netherlands. I am not allowed to register with the municipality where the recreation park falls under. According to the law, I have to be registered in the Netherlands so that I can be reached for tax purposes. What is the solution for this so that I adhere to the rules as a citizen of the Netherlands?

Lawyer

There is virtually no sustainable solution for this because the law requires you to register where you actually live, but that is not allowed there. A temporary measure is a postal address, and a more permanent measure is a registration elsewhere for a room or part of a house with friends / family, but that is also against the law and an address investigation can take place.
